Do You Even Leg Day?
There’s not much that I enjoy more than heavy squatting.
However, not everyone has access to a squat rack, barbell, and plates. And there’s a plethora of garbage out there about working out your legs. The truth is, there’s plenty of ways to do it. You don’t HAVE to lift super heavy weights to build leg strength.
Here’s a leg workout you can do at home without any equipment.
5 rounds of:
20 jumping lunges
20 SL chair squat (10 each leg)
20 glute bridges
20 cossack squats
Rest, then do:
100 calf raises
Max wall sit
