Quick Dumbbell Only Workout

Since we moved, we no longer have a garage gym. And my husband doesn’t work at a Crossfit gym anymore, which means no more free gym for me! And while I could buy a gym membership, there are very few gyms out there that I feel are worth paying for. And most of those ones are crazy expensive.

Herein lies my problem, as I’m sure many of you can relate. I’m confined to the few pieces of gym equipment that can fit in my studio apartment’s “closet”. (Using that term very loosely in 500 sq ft.) So I’ve been using my complex’s free gym, but the equipment is very minimal. No barbells, which I am quite sad about. But that means I’ve had to get creative with my workouts. I highly recommend doing any kind of weight training that you can, even if it’s light weight (always consult with your doctor or Certified Personal Trainer first).

And since almost everyone can afford to get a pair of dumbbells, here’s a quick dumbbell only workout that you can do in your living room!

No dumbbells? No problem. Just do the movements without them!
